It is hard to believe that Worldwide Partner Conference (WPC) 2016 has finally started.
WPC is a great opportunity to network and learn—all with the goal of increasing your profitability and accelerating your business growth. Over 15,000 attendees will descend on the city of Toronto, Canada, between July 10th – 14th, 2016. We have a really exceptional event planned and I look forward to engaging with our partners.
I am excited to be a featured Vision Keynote speaker on July 13th. My keynote will focus on the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) opportunity and delivering innovation on the Microsoft platform.

ISV Lounge
A key reason partners attend WPC is to network to develop new business. To help facilitate networking we will have the ISV Lounge located in the Community Hub of the Commons in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. There are two key activities planned in the lounge. Make sure you take advantage of these networking opportunities that include:
- The 2016 WPC ISV Application Catalog will be showcased on a Surface Hub daily in the ISV Lounge. Attendees can search the catalog for an application by vertical/industry, geography, technology, etc., to find a solution, and while at WPC, make a connection.
- We have seven networking events planned for ISVs and SIs in the ISV Lounge. The events are aligned by a specific vertical/industry or technology. Below is the schedule of events. Stop by the lounge for the event relevant to your business and be ready to network. I will be in the lounge at 5:30pm on July 11th if you would like to say hello.

ISV Award Winners
Lastly, a big congratulations go to WPC partner of the year award winners, Wortell for the Application Development Competency award, DataStax for the Global Commercial ISV Alliance award and Barracuda for the Microsoft Azure Certified ISV award. I look forward to seeing them recognized at WPC, along with all the other 2016 award winners.
